Return & Exchange

We accept return shipments within 7 days of receipt.

Purchases must be returned with their original packaging and in mint condition. In order to return the shipment, please send an email to info@nasculture.com.

Once your return has been received and accepted, your funds will be processed within 5 business days and refunded to the original payment method, minus the delivery cost ($20 to all countries). You can follow the return of your package with our carrier using the tracking number on your returns label.
